Today we learned that viruses have two different possible structures, enveloped or non-enveloped. The difference is that enveloped viruses are covered in a membrane stolen from the host where as non-enveloped viruses have their capsid exposed with no membrane. We also learned that bacteria has three types; spirrila, bacillus and cocci. Spirilla bacteria are spiral shaped while bacillus bacteria are rod shaped. Cocci bacteria are round.
