Viruses and Bacteria
There is big difference in the way that bacteria and viruses reproduce. Bacteria go through the process of binary fission. This means that the bacteria cell copys itself and then splits into 2 new cells. Viruses reproduce totally difference. They go through the process of the lytic cycle. This is were a virus invades a cell and inserts its genetic material. The genetic material mixes with the DNA of the cell and then the virus starts to produce itself within the cell. Evenutally the cell explodes, releases lots of viruses to invade other cells where the process starts all over again.
An interesting fact I learned during this class was that everyone starts off as a girl.

One Little Thing Also Is That When The Bacteria Reproduces, By Splitting It Self In Half
You Would Think That It Gets Smaller But It Actually Grows Its Self To Reproduce Again And
To Make Sure It Isnt That Small
